At JCH Home Inspection Service, although we have the expertise and capabilities of building you a new home or commercial building, home inspection is and has been our #1 full time business for over 30 years!
We operate our inspection services under the strictest of guidelines published by the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs, Board of Professional Engineers, Home Inspection Advisory Committee, Statutes and Regulations. (N.J.A.C. 13:40-15). These regulations, which are available via internet , are among the most stringent rules and regulations in the entire United States, and many states are presently using New Jersey as the model state to regulate home inspection in their own states.
We inspect and record such a substantial amount of information during the course of a normal home inspection that we are considered among the best trained and documented home inspection companies in the state of New Jersey, and in Staten Island, New York. You will receive a state of the art, straight forward report, written in a narrative format, containing informative photographs and/or diagrams, produced in a timely fashion, usually within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection. These visual aids not only enhance your understanding of the recommendations, but also help illustrate them to the seller, helping with the negotiation process.
We offer arrangements to our clients to have Termite and Wood destroying insect inspections conducted by affiliate State Licensed pest control operators at the same time as the Home Inspection, with reduced fees to the clients, as well as offering Radon Gas testing as a service with the inspection for additional fees.
Most importantly, JCH Home Inspection Service will educate you about the home as it is evaluated with the information and confidence you need to make an informed decision on your purchase. We point out issues and explain them in easy to understand language and encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection and ask us to address concerns and answer questions.
